I just filled out my whole review, and it didn’t go through . We have gotten every celebration cakes from you, along with a wedding cake, and shower cake. We won’t go anywhere else! Upon This visit , we bought a vanilla cake roll( the one with the plastic around it), and found the cake to be quite stale. Surprising, for your store – everything is always so fresh!

I love it here, but had a disappointing cake . Bought a vanilla ‘roll’ cake( the ones with the plastic around them), but the cake seemed very stale, or frozen, too long., You have done my daughter’s wedding and shower cakes, and about to do her twin baby shower cake. We absolutely love it there- this was just a surprise disappointment . It will not keep us from coming back, however. Don’t ever close!! Hahaha

In have been buying bakery products at Koffee Kup Bakery since it first opened at Springfield Shopping Plaza in the late 1950s. I am always pleased with whatever I purchase. I especially love some of the bakery’s unique items such as the chocolate roll and Boston cream pie. Service is always prompt and cheerful.

I have never ordered a custom cake before, and I am so happy with how my gender reveal cake turned out! I brought in a picture of what I wanted, but also wanted to make a few changes. For example, the whole cake was fondant in the picture, but I wanted regular frosting. Koffee Cup was so accommodating. I also needed the cake on a Friday, but wouldn’t know what color on the inside until Wednesday afternoon. This was no problem at all, and they were great about keeping the secret from me as well by not writing the color on the slip. I was so happy when I picked this up and my family also loved it. It not only looked adorable, but tasted great too! I would definitely buy a cake from them again. Thank you so much for making my gender reveal special!

Everything here is so good, but the governors cupcakes (like a Boston cream pie) is a go to item. Everyone is so friendly and the smell of fresh baked bread and air full of sugar is divine.
